Technical Documentation – The BLACKHAWK semi-automated system provides the ability to generate documentation for Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) where no documentation is available. The documentation generated by the BLACKHAWK system includes schematics, net lists, test procedures and identification of any obsolete parts contained on the CCA. The BLACKHAWK semi-automatic system reduces the documentation generation time by up to 80% (based on a 1000 node board) when compared to a manual probe method.

Technical Manuals – BLACKHAWK’s technical writers and engineers are proficient and experienced in the preparation, editing and validation/verification of technical manuals. This includes operator, maintenance and RPSTL manuals for airborne and ground based systems and equipment at the Organizational, Direct Support and Depot levels. BLACKHAWK’s technical writers provide the complete manual including text, illustrations and schematics.

Training Materials – BLACKHAWK’s technical writers and engineers are also proficient and experienced in the preparation, editing and validation/verification of training materials including training plans, curriculum and training packages. BLACKHAWK also performs training at either one of our facilities or at the customer site. Training videos can be scripted, filmed and edited for any operator or maintenance function.
